I have been servicing guitars and instruments professionally since 2014. Regular instrument maintenance and timely repair when needed protect your investment and keep it in top playing condition for maximum enjoyment.
I have personally been playing fingerstyle guitar for over 20 years. I am fortunate to have learned a great deal about instruments and repair work from my father who also played and serviced guitars and has been credited with inventing the guitar string-based cleat setter tool among other life-long accomplishments.
You can get in touch with me each week Monday thru Wednesday, Fridays, and Saturdays at Edmond Music in Edmond, OK. I am not available on Thursdays or Sundays.

How frequently should I have my strings changed?
String manufacturers recommend changing your strings after every 30-40 hours of playing. This equals approximately every 3 to 4 weeks but can vary depending on your playing time.
How frequently should I have my guitar set up?
Instruments should have a set up performed at least twice annually, or after seasonal changes or travel depending on destination and storage. Fresh strings will keep your guitars sounding the best, playing in-tune, and maximize comfort while playing.
What is included in a set up?
The nut, saddle, and truss rod will be assessed and adjusted as needed, intonation checked, fretboard cleaned & oiled, frets cleaned, hardware tightened, electronics cleaned, and new strings put on.
